Geoffrey excels at Customer Service Awards 2017


Geoffrey Insurance was shortlisted in all four available categories for social media, calls, live chat and email coming in at a well-deserved 1st for live chat, 2nd for social media, 3rd for phone and 11th for email. In addition Geoffrey has also been named ‘Best Small Contact Centre’ and ‘Best Insurance Company’ for customer service in the UK.  
Geoffrey is a 5 star Defaqto motor insurance provider and has already been recognised by the Institute of Customer Service as the only financial services organisation in the UK to be given a ‘ServiceMark with Distinction’. 


Best Insurance Provider & Treating Customers Fairly, Insurance Choice Awards 2018 Motor and Pet Insurance provider, Geoffrey Insurance celebrated a double win after receiving awards for ‘Best Insurance Provider’ and ‘Treating Customers Fairly’ at the Insurance Choice Awards. The awards are the only independent insurance awards voted for by customers.

Moneyfacts Consumer Awards 2017: In January 2017 Geoffrey Insurance achieved two award accolades after winning Car
Insurance Provider of the Year
and Best Claims Service in the Moneyfacts Consumer Awards 2017, beating insurance ‘giants’, Allianz, Direct Line and Hastings Direct.  The awards, which are judged on customer feedback showcase the best financial sector products available, recognising product excellence and outstanding service with over 80,000 UK customers completing a survey voicing their opinion. European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards (ECCCSA): In November 2016, Geoffrey Insurance won the Innovation in Customer Service category for our innovative customers videos. The videos use personalised video technology to explain policy information to our customers using Pitney Bowes' EngageOne software.

POST's Digital Insurance Awards: Geoffrey Insurance won the Customer Experience - Consumer 'Happy Shopper' category at the Digital Insurance Awards in November 2016, Once again our personalised videos being recognised as an innovative way to engage with our customers.

Defaqto 5* Car Insurance: Defaqto is an independent, financial research company that specialises in rating, comparing and analysing financial products and Geoffrey Insurance Services has been recognised for the quality of our Car Insurance product for five years running. Top 50 Call Centres for Customer Service: Geoffrey Insurance was named the ‘Best Small Contact Centre’ in the UK, gaining top ten positions in all four categories (phone, email, social media and online chat) and being listed sixth overall in the Top 50 Companies for Customer Service Awards 2016 Geoffrey has been named as a Top 50 Company for Customer Service for  three consecutive years..

Call Centre Management Association: In April 2013 our contact centre manager, Russell Wilson, was awarded the Call Centre Manager of the Year for a call centre of under 100 seats by the Call Centre Management Association (CCMA) whilst our staff training team leader, Matt Holden, was short-listed as a finalist for the Learning Champion of the Year award. CCMA Awards: On Thursday 15th May 2014 Richard Oates won the Bronze Award for Business Improvement Manager of the Year at the CCMA Awards in London.

ICMI Awards: We are delighted to announce that Russell Wilson won a special Silver Award for Senior Manager of the year at the ICMI European Call Centre & Customer Service Awards, which was held on 12th June 2014 at Old Billingsgate, London.
