PETKIT Terms and Conditions:

Customers will qualify for a free PETKIT P2 activity monitor if they purchase a Geoffrey Pet insurance policy through the Geoffreyinsurance.com website, associated price comparison website, or via the telephone, subject to these terms and conditions of Markerstudy Direct Limited (trading as Geoffrey Insurance Services) (“we” or “us”).

All insurance policies are subject to underwriting acceptance criteria and all entrants must have residence in either the UK or Northern Ireland.

The PETKIT P2 activity monitor will automatically be dispatched within 7 working days of policy cooling off period ending. The cooling off period extends to 14 days from the date the policy is taken out. No activity monitor will be issued if the relevant customer cancels their policy within the cooling off period.

The terms and conditions of the manufacturer of the PETKIT P2 activity monitor will apply including the warranties therein. It is the customer’s responsibility to read the user manual provided with the PETKIT P2 activity monitor, and any associated health and safety information.
This offer is available to new customers only who purchase their policy through the Geoffreyinsurance.com website, associated price comparison websites (as determined by us), or via the telephone. This offer is not available to customers amending or renewing their existing Geoffrey Pet insurance policy. The customer named as the policyholder will receive the activity monitor.

The offer of the free is PETKIT P2 activity monitor subject to availability. No cash alternative is available. We reserve the right to withdraw or replace the offer with a suitable alternative at any time and without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude our liability to any customer arising under these terms and conditions and in relation to the PETKIT P2 activity monitor, including that we will not be liable to any customer in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage. In any event our liability to any customer shall not exceed the retail value (in pounds sterling) of one PETKIT P2 activity monitor. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit or exclude our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors; or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions or their subject matter or formation.
