Amending your policy
As an existing Geoffrey car insurance customer you can manage your policy 24/7 via your online My Account service.
Please log in to your account to view or manage your policy. It’s much quicker for you to make changes to your policy online.
Our webchat team will also be available to help you once you’re logged in. They’re available Monday-Friday 8am-8pm, Saturday 8am-6pm and Sunday 10am-4pm.

Cancelling your policy
You can cancel your insurance policy at any time by calling 0808 196 1591.
Within 14 Days
If you cancel your Geoffrey Insurance Services policy within 14 days of receiving your policy documents, you will be charged for the period of time you have been covered plus an arrangement fee of £25.
After 14 Days
If you cancel your policy more than 14 days after receiving your policy documents, you will be charged for the period of time you have been covered plus a cancellation fee of £50.
This is providing no claims have been made. If a claim has been made, or there has been an incident which may lead to a claim, no refund will be given and all premiums will be due.
If you cancel the additional products taken out with your policy, but not the main policy within 14 days of receiving your policy documentation, you will pay for time on cover only. After this time, no refund will be given. If you cancel the main policy then any additional products taken out will also be cancelled.
